Nominator's project description
| Prof. Jelena Vuckovic is an internationally leading scientist in the field of quantum optics with semiconductor and hybrid nanostructures. Her pioneering research concerns optical microresonators, in particular photonic crystals, and single photon emitters, such as quantum dots, and their future application in integrated quantum technology. During her stay in Germany she will pursue research related to hybrid systems for fundamental optics and photonics. |
